I believe its extremely crucial for visually impaired students to have access to Literacy and Education. That is the only way they will be able to become socially and economically independent. I enjoy working with Access Braille. For me the most rewarding experiences have been to see that smile on the face of the kids who learn to read for the first time.

I feel like I am making a difference in the lives of so many children and to me that is important. I am happy that many kids in the remote parts of the world are now able to have access to literacy

I was a software professional for over 2 decades. In 2008, I became visually impaired. I'm greatly impressed and inspired by the confidence and enthusiasm with which the visually impaired children and adults lead their lives. I'm determined to make a difference not only in my life but in other visually impaired people's life as well. I'm extremely grateful to Vidyavrikshah for showing me the path to make such a difference.
